After I lost my pregnancy in a stillbirth for no apparent medical reason, I went on a journey to understand how I could improve my chances of a healthy pregnancy. I discovered that having a natural harmony and balance was essential to fertility and indeed to everything. God told us to be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it (Gen 1:28) but this was after He created us and saw that it was very good (Genesis 1:31). However, original sin disrupted that natural harmony and balance and brought with it severe consequences in work, relationships and fertility. It became more difficult to achieve God’s mandate to be fruitful and multiply. But God did not leave us orphans, He immediately promised us His salvation and in the fullness of time, Christ came to redeem us. Because of this we are no longer bound to the consequences of original sin. We can now become new Eves and by regaining our disrupted harmony, we can have the family and impact God wanted us to have from the very beginning. As you probably already know Mary is the New Eve and in this too she becomes our model.

After working with so many women (and based on my personal experience), I created the New Eve Method to help women to regain the natural harmony and balance that God intended for us from the start. It is a natural human ecology model rooted in biblical theology that supports women through different socio-economic & environmental circumstances to become the women God created them to be. It is based on the premise that having healthy pregnancies, healthy families and great careers require an approach that covers not just our bodies, but our emotions, our mind, our soul & our environment.

The New Eve Method consists of 5 steps, the New Eve Union, Confidence, Diet, Rhythm and Influence. It can help you to embrace your unique feminine genius and transform your family, world and the Church. Download the New Eve guide for free here
